Why can I not get ad free on your website?
To provide free content for users, we sell advertising on The Weather Network to national, local, and community-based organizations. Advertising is our main source of funding, which allows us to provide weather observations and forecasts, news articles and videos, as well as contributes to overall web development. Unfortunately, we do not offer an ad-free version of our website at this time.
Why do you have ads anyway?
Ads allow us to keep the service free for millions of users. They help cover the costs of running, improving, and maintaining the app so everyone can access core features without needing to pay.
My ad free subscriptions is not working - troubleshooting
Please check > The ad-free subscription is linked to your Google Account; therefore, you must be logged-in to your Google Account to access this version across various Android devices. The email address for your Google Account AND used to sign into The Weather Network must be the same.
Next> To restore your subscription, please go to your Weather Network profile (icon in the top left corner) and select "Ad Free Subscription." Then, press "Restore my purchase" and you will be able to enjoy the ad-free experience again. Please note that restoring your purchase will not recharge your account.
If you are still experiencing technical issues (eg: ads still appearing, etc.): Please submit a request so that the team can investigate.
Payment & Billing: Google Play Store handle purchases and refunds must go through their support teams.
