To restore your subscription for our iPhone app, follow the steps below:
Go to your Weather Network settings and select "Ad Free Subscription"
Press "Restore my purchase from iCloud," and you will be able to enjoy the ad-free experience again.
Please note that restoring your purchase will not recharge your account.
To restore your subscription for our Android app, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the device's "Settings"
- Tap "Apps" or "Apps & Notifications"
- Tap "Google Play Store" (you may need to expand the app list by clicking "See all apps")
- Tap "Storage and cache"
- Tap "Clear cache"
- Restart the TWN app
