Why is my ad-free subscription is not working?

To restore your subscription for our iPhone app, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Weather Network settings and select "Ad Free Subscription"

  2. Press "Restore my purchase from iCloud," and you will be able to enjoy the ad-free experience again.

Please note that restoring your purchase will not recharge your account. 

 

To restore your subscription for our Android app, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the device's "Settings" 
  2. Tap "Apps" or "Apps & Notifications"
  3. Tap "Google Play Store" (you may need to expand the app list by clicking "See all apps")
  4. Tap "Storage and cache"
  5. Tap "Clear cache"
  6. Restart the TWN app
