Why is my ad-free subscription is not working?

To restore your subscription for our iPhone app, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Weather Network settings and select "Ad Free Subscription"
2. Press "Restore Purchases," and you will be able to enjoy the ad-free experience again.

Please note that restoring your purchase will not recharge your account. 

To restore your subscription for our Android app, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Weather Network settings and select "Remove Ads"
2. Press "Restore Purchases," and you will be able to enjoy the ad-free experience again.

If you are using our website: Unfortunately, we do not offer an ad-free version of our website at this time. The purchased subscription is for our apps only.
