While most of our services are already up and running, you may still encounter occasional system issues as we diligently work towards returning to normal operations.
We kindly recommend updating your Apple or Android applications through the Apple Store or Google Play Store to ensure you have all the latest updates and improvements. These updates are required as a result of restoring our weather information services and are not security-related.

I continue to receive the same error message, what does it mean?
This can mean that either our servers are having temporary data issues or that your device may have no data/WiFi connection. If you know you are connected to the internet (you can confirm using another existing app on your device such as a browser) and you are getting this message for an extended period of time you can try restarting the app. Also, please make sure you have the latest version of our app from the Play Store.
